Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy describes how trials, subscriptions, and refunds work for Mass Landing Platform ("MLP," "we," "us") at getsavlngstoday.com. Our platform uses real infrastructure (hosting, browsers, proxies, and automation) that incurs cost when you use it — please read this policy before signing up.
1. Merchant of Record
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which act as the Merchant of Record. Your card or bank statement may show Paddle or our product name.
2. Free plan (all new accounts)
After email verification you stay on the free plan: 1 landing page, agent form links, and 1 free visual playback (lifetime). Additional visual playbacks on the free plan are $50 each after admin approval.
Subscribe on our Pricing page for 10 landing pages, 5 included visual playbacks (then $30 each), and up to 25 playback requests per month.
3. No refunds on paid subscriptions
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with results. We do not offer money-back guarantees. By subscribing you acknowledge that lead volume, buyer acceptance, and campaign performance are your responsibility.
The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law or where Paddle or we confirm a duplicate charge or billing error.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the Paddle customer portal (link in your receipt), the Subscription page in our panel, or by emailing support@getsavlngstoday.com. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; it does not refund the current period.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. Contact us first at support@getsavlngstoday.com for billing disputes.
6. Abuse
Accounts terminated for fraud, Terms violations, or trial abuse receive no refund.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date on this page will change.
